Geocel are part of the Dow Corning Chemical Group, and have been involved in the manufacture and supply of quality sealants for many years.

For Window Pointing and Wall Expansion Joints, we use Everbuild silicone 825 – A quality material with a large colour range
Description:
SILICONE 825 is a low modulas, neutral cure, alcoxy, odourless silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of both porous and non-porous surfaces withouth the need for priming. Confirms to the requirement of 11600 F&G.

Everbuild Silicone S50
For Sanitaryware and Tiled areas, we use either Everbuild S50 or Geocel HM silicone

Geocel HM Silicone
Description:
Geocel HM Silicone Sealant is a one-part sealant, which has been specifically developed for use by the sealant contractor. It has good adhesion to a range ofnon-porous substrates including glass, aluminium and painted wood. Geocel HM Silicone Sealant is suitable for use in sanitary applications.

Everbuild Fireseal 300
For Wall joints and Frames with a Fire Rated Requirement, we use Everbuild 300 or 400:
Description:
Fire Sealant 300 is a five hour rated, one part, emulsion acrylic based itumescent sealant that gives a firm yet flexible seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures. Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-4:2006 as detailed in Warrington Fire Research Report No. 181967 (May 2009) The product, in suitablely designed joints will resist the passage of fire for up to 5 hours. The selected fillers used in this forumation also make it suitable for use as an acoustic sealant.

Everbuild Fireseal 400
Description:
FIRE SEALANT 400 is a neutral cure, elastic silicone sealant which has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations (when tested to BS EN 1366-4 2006).

Everbuild Hybriflex SMP
For Floor Joints in Concrete Floors, we use Everbuild Hybriflex SMP and Geocel 200:

HYBRIFLEX SMP is a one part, chemically curing solvent free sealant and adhesive combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is specifically designed a multi purpose floor and wall joint grade for all concrete saw cuts and cladding applications and/or slab expansion joints, where abrasion resistance is required.

Geocel 200
Description:
Geocel 200 is a cold applied two part pitch free elastomeric sealant designed for joints in concrete paved areas. The sealant has been formulated to accommodate repeated and pronounced cyclic movements in extremes of climatic conditions. Geocel 200 is flame resistant and resistant to fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid and skydrol spillage, will not harden in cold weather nor become excessively soft or pick up in hot conditions.
